Definitely Climate Friendly - Suntrust Verona

The entire Philippines is known for its balmy, humid climate for most of the year. But the Suntrust Verona development is pleasingly climate cool and free of floods. What has been termed as a ‘rolling terrain community’ has been built. Within the entire Silang region, climate friendly crops are in abundance. It is here that the world’s healthiest fruit, the green avocado is harvested. Here, there are also mangos, guavas and jackfruits, as well as traditional crops such as caimito and santol.

Apart from the bananas and pineapples, coffee crops are also found here. Sustainable farming practices are common. Local farmers continue to plant a variety of crops, but without eroding the local soil. Meat lovers will be interested to know that it is here that chicken and pig farming also has its place. The farming trade continues to be a lucrative export market because agricultural supply continues to outstrip local demand in one of the country’s least populated areas.

So, just think of that then. Earlier, it was remarked that it only takes about two hours to reach the Silang municipality from the Metro Manila. And so, in priming the Suntrust Verona residential and communal complex as a prudent investment is made all the more easier with the suggestion that professionals already based in Manila need not travel far for their weekend getaway. There is no need to sell an existing property within the precincts of any one of the capital’s cities. Alternatively, investors may, and should, be casting thoughts to well into the future. It may be too early to suggest that this is a central location, but given what surrounds the development, this statement may be closer to the truth in more ways than one.  Make Verona your home or your investment. Either way these ideals can be sold.
